To access the Service, you must register an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

As a Reztune user, you can upload your resume and other pertinent information to various job listings, as well as explore available job positions. The Service is designed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

4. Free Plan and Pricing Plans

We offer a free plan that allows you to preview one tailored resume. Various pricing plans are available for additional features and services, such as unlimited resume tailoring, match score, and full profile vs. job description analysis. All fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any taxes and additional charges associated with the use of the Service.

5. Resume Customization and Accuracy

Reztune uses large language models to tailor resumes based on job descriptions and your profile. While we strive for accuracy, users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and making final adjustments to their tailored resumes before submission. We do not guarantee that the tailored resume will perfectly match the needs of every job opening.

6. Compliance with Job Application Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring that your tailored resume and other application materials meet the specific standards and guidelines set by the employers you apply to through the Service. Reztune is not liable for any submission that does not meet employers’ requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service, including your resumes and cover letters. By submitting content, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the generated summaries or tailored resumes.

8. User Responsibility for Generated Content

While the tailored resumes are automatically generated by our Service, it is solely the user's responsibility to review, modify, and make any necessary adjustments before submitting the resume to any job application. We bear no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the final submitted content.

9. Automation and AI Disclaimer

Our resume tailoring process uses large language models to interpret resumes and job descriptions. While the AI strives for precision, it may not always fully or correctly capture a job listing’s specific requirements. Users should manually review all details before applying.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We also do not guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews or job offers. The outcome of any job application is solely at the employer's discretion.

11. Refund and Dispute Policy

All fees for premium plans are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of extended service outages or unresolved technical issues that prevent continued use of the Service. If you have a dispute regarding charges, please contact [email protected]. We aim to resolve disputes within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued based on our review.

12. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account and navigate to 'Account'. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service unless technical issues render it unusable for a prolonged period.

13. Legal Restrictions

Reztune is not available for users in jurisdictions where AI-assisted resume tailoring is restricted by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of Reztune complies with local regulations.

14. Promotions and Offers Policy

Promotional offers, discounts, and free trials are subject to change. Reztune reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice. Any promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reztune, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. User Feedback and Community Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, including participating in our online communities, you grant Reztune the right to use this content for marketing or improvement purposes. We may choose to acknowledge or give credit where applicable.

17. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance unless the termination is due to a serious violation of these Terms. If terminated due to a violation, you are not eligible for a refund on any prepaid subscription amounts. To terminate your account navigate to 'Account' page.

19. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary rights in the Service, including its underlying code and technology, are owned by Reztune. Users retain ownership of their submitted content and grant Reztune the necessary licenses to provide and market the Service.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms or in connection with the Service will be subject to binding arbitration, to be conducted according to the rules of a recognized Arbitration Authority.

21. Data Privacy and Security

Reztune is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. We comply with applicable data protection laws and take reasonable safety measures to safeguard your personal information. However, data transmission and storage systems are not guaranteed to be 100% secure. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

To help improve and optimize our services, we use third-party analytics tools such as PostHog to track user interactions and monitor performance. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to such tracking, which is governed by our Privacy Policy (which also explains how you can opt out).

22. Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your data from Reztune, follow these steps:

Login to your account and go to https://app.reztune.com/account.
Navigate to the "More Details" section.
Click the "Delete Account" button.
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to finalize the deletion request.

Once the request is processed, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, except for any information we are legally required to retain, such as records related to payments, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable regulations.

23. Opting Out of Analytics Tracking

If you do not wish for your interactions with the Service to be tracked through tools like PostHog, you can adjust your device’s privacy settings, enable “Do Not Track” (DNT) in your browser, or contact us at [email protected] to request an opt-out.

24. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the Service for unlawful activities, data theft, malicious inputs, introducing malicious software, or any actions that could disrupt the functionality of the Service or violate user confidentiality.

25. Modifications and Interruptions to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. However, we will strive to provide reasonable advance notice for major changes unless circumstances require immediate action. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and variations may occur due to technical limitations or user preferences.
